Welcome. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Powerful Hypnosis Healing Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a California corporation doing business as The Trauma Cleanse Method. They govern your access to and use of the website traumacleanse.com, our digital products (the book and the 11 guided hypnosis recordings), our 1-on-1 intake and session services, our emails, and any related offerings (together, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting the site, purchasing a product, booking a session, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you’re 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. What we offer
The Services currently include:
- The book — The Trauma Cleanse Method, in print and/or digital format.
- The 11 guided hypnosis recordings — digital audio recordings created by Sarah Lantimo Sada, delivered through a member portal with lifetime access to the version purchased.
- 1-on-1 intake and sessions with Sarah — private, scheduled sessions offered after you complete an intake form and pay the applicable fee.
- The website, blog, and email content — educational and marketing material available to anyone who visits the site or subscribes.
4. Your account and member portal
When you purchase the recordings, we create a member-portal login for you. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Fees and payment
Prices for our products and services are shown at the point of purchase and are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of the order, including any applicable taxes. You’re responsible for providing accurate billing information.
We may change prices at any time for future purchases. Changes don’t apply to orders already confirmed.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Because our books, recordings, and 1-on-1 sessions are digital and/or personally delivered services with immediate access or reserved time, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed or a session is booked.
If your order didn’t deliver or you were double-charged, email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
This policy is disclosed before purchase and you acknowledge it by completing checkout. It doesn’t limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
7. License to use digital content
When you buy the book (digital format) or the recordings, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This means you:
- May listen to the recordings and read the book as often as you like, on your own devices.
- May not share your login, redistribute the audio files, upload them to public platforms, resell them, or use them in a commercial setting (including group sessions or coaching programs) without our written permission.
- May not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or credit notices.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these license terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including the book, recordings, text, images, logos, design, audio, video, and the Trauma Cleanse Method name and brand — is owned by Powerful Hypnosis Healing Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
9. User conduct
When using the Services you agree not to:
- Use them for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access accounts, areas, or data you’re not authorized to access.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services (scraping, hacking, overloading, introducing malware).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Harass, threaten, or defame Sarah or any other user.
10. Medical and therapeutic disclaimer
The Services are educational and self-improvement tools, not medical treatment.
Sarah Lantimo Sada is a certified hypnotherapist. She is not, through these Services, providing medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed mental-health treatment. The book, recordings, intake form, and 1-on-1 sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication, or advice from a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new self-improvement, hypnosis, or trauma-related practice, especially if you have, or think you may have, a medical or mental-health condition. Do not stop, start, or change any medication or treatment based on information from the Services.
Hypnosis may not be appropriate for everyone, including people with psychosis, severe dissociative disorders, epilepsy or seizure disorders, or certain other conditions. Do not listen to the recordings while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. These Services are not designed to respond to emergencies.
By using the Services you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your own wellbeing and for any decisions you make based on the content.
11. Testimonials and results
Any testimonials, case studies, or stories shared on the Services reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not guarantees of results. Outcomes vary from person to person, and many factors influence what you experience. We make no promise that you’ll achieve any particular result from the book, recordings, or sessions.
12. Third-party services and links
The Services may use or link to third-party tools (such as our member portal, payment processor, and email platform) and external websites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.
13. Disclaimers and “as-is” provision
Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any particular outcome will result from your use of them.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Powerful Hypnosis Healing Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, emotional distress, or damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Powerful Hypnosis Healing Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
16. Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
16.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
16.2 Binding arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English, in or near Los Angeles, California, or by video conference at the arbitrator’s discretion. The arbitrator’s award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 Class-action waiver
You and Powerful Hypnosis Healing Inc. each agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entire arbitration clause will be null and void as to that specific dispute.
16.4 Exceptions and small-claims court
Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Claims of intellectual-property infringement may be brought in state or federal court.
16.5 Your right to opt out of arbitration
You may opt out of Sections 16.2 and 16.3 by sending us a written notice at [email protected] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law) will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific products or services, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn’t waive that right or provision.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, including to an affiliate or successor in connection with a sale or reorganization.
